Oopbuy coins, cash rewards and commission

Three kinds of reward never reduce the bill you are paying when you earn them. They become balances: coins you spend later, cash you can withdraw, commission that settles after a friend's parcel arrives.

Coins: a balance worth ¥1 each

The operator's prize rules value one coin at ¥1, and coins are used against future purchases on the platform. In 2026, coins have been the payout for several prizes that sound like discounts: the September ship-and-win winners had their shipping refunded in coins, up to 500; Buy 6 Get 1 refunded the cheapest item order in Gold Coins, up to $10; the August unboxing grand prize waived a ¥698.56 shipping fee by issuing coins.

The Shoot a Video programme on the calendar also pays coins, with a weekly ranking for creators who complete five orders a week. No rule we read sets an expiry on coins.

Share Your Experience: up to the full order back in cash

After a parcel arrives you can post an unboxing (video preferred) on social media, submit the link on the parcel page and apply for a reward. The operator reviews each submission by hand, judging helpfulness and reach, and says the reward can be up to 100% in cash: the amount of the order and the parcel's shipping fee.

Two conditions matter. Invalid links are rejected. And deleting the post within three months of receiving the reward permanently disqualifies future applications. The page also says negative feedback is welcome, which is worth knowing if your parcel did not go well.

The cash reward cycle

Cash rewards arrive after a manual review, so they are not something to plan a parcel around. Treat any amount as a bonus that may or may not come, and keep the post up for at least three months either way.

The cash reward page lists recent winners with masked account IDs and amounts. We do not reproduce those amounts here: they are the operator's selection and say nothing about what a typical submission receives.

Commission: two published rate ranges

The referral programme pays a share of the international shipping your invitees pay. The rate depends on your affiliate level, and the operator publishes two ranges for it: 3% to 7.5% on the Promotion Alliance Guild page and in its Q&A, and 4% to 8% on the International Logistics Commission Details page and in the April 2026 sharing event. We print both because the pages disagree.

The user agreement adds the settlement rule: commission is calculated on actual logistics spending after coupons and discounts, settles when the parcel shows confirmed receipt or 45 days after delivery, and must be claimed within 60 days of settlement. Promoting a competing platform forfeits it.

The invite-a-friend bonus

Since 25 November 2025, an invited friend's first order triggers a bonus for both of you: half of the first order value each, capped at $20. The earlier first-order and order-payment bonuses stopped on that date. If the friend cancels, returns or refunds, the matching reward is not issued.

Commission and bonuses are separate from your own coupons. A friend's discount does not reduce your bill, and your commission is calculated on what they actually paid after their coupons.

Withdrawing a balance

Withdrawals start from the wallet or Personal Center with the Withdraw button. The amount cannot exceed the balance, and the application is processed in the form of a refund to the original payment account, following your transaction record. Withdrawal Records shows progress and the channel used.

So money paid in by card returns to that card. If the original payment route no longer exists, ask support before applying.
