Frequently asked questions about Oopbuy codes and points

Where do I type FALL10?
The calendar card links to My Coupons, which is where code-issued coupons appear. The card says the code gets you a 25% shipping coupon; how long that coupon lasts after claiming is not stated. See FALL10.
Is the ¥3,500 bundle cash?
No. It is described as a coupon bundle, and the public list shows new-user tickets with minimum spends on the parcel bill. See the new-user set.
Why will my coupon not apply?
Usually because the bill is the wrong one (a shipping coupon on an item payment) or below the minimum. Coupons also stop working after their end time and cannot be extended.
Can I combine two coupons?
The operator does not say. The checkout selector shows what it allows.
Why have my points not arrived?
Points are issued after the parcel leaves the warehouse, not at payment.
Do points from an event expire sooner?
Every event we read in 2026 set 31 December 2026, the same as normal points.
Can I return a points mall item?
No. Once stored it cannot be returned or exchanged and the points are not refunded.
Are coins the same as points?
No. Coins are a balance worth ¥1 each, spent on later purchases. Points are spent on the partner mall.
Community feedback and where codes are announced
The coupon FAQ names three channels for shipping coupons: website announcements, Reddit welfare activities and Discord events. The Discord invitation was linked by the official site in the October 2026 snapshot; the saved calendar listed a Thursday coupon giveaway. Recheck any event in the official account before relying on it. A Reddit community called r/oopbuy exists, created in August 2024; whether the operator runs it is not stated. TikTok was used for points events in 2026.
For a shopping report, look for the date, destination, exact route, parcel weight, seller link and clear disclosure of sponsorship. A delivery success in another country does not predict yours. YouTube and TikTok unboxings can show packing and visible condition, but edited footage does not establish reliability across orders. For a coupon claim, ask whether it actually applied at checkout and to which bill. We do not quote ratings or review scores, and we treat any community claim about a code as a lead to check against the official page, not as a rule.

Who keeps this site and how
Oopbuy Spreadsheet Promo Codes is an independent shopping guide with a coupon research desk. We are not Oopbuy and have no access to orders or accounts. The official registration link carries the existing referral code. For account, payment and order issues, use the official support route above.
Method: every fact comes from an official page or interface we read ourselves, with the date. Where we use an independent measurement (the exchange-rate margin), we give the measurement month. We do not rank, we do not convert percentages into savings, and we mark gaps as not stated.
Order help: send the evidence that identifies the problem
Use support reached through your logged-in Oopbuy account or its official help centre. Send the order or parcel ID, exact issue, dates, relevant photographs and the remedy you want. For a payment problem, include the transaction reference with personal and payment details hidden. Never send passwords or verification codes.
If a seller has not dispatched, ask for status and the cancellation options. If QC is wrong, act within the applicable return window. If the freight differs, ask for the packed weight and dimensions. If delivery is damaged, retain the packaging and evidence for the applicable carrier or compensation process.
Does storage mean I can return later?
No. Normal storage and seller-eligible returns have separate clocks. See both deadlines.
Can QC prove an electronic item works?
No. Routine visible inspection is not a functional certification. Ask what additional testing is available before ordering or shipping.
Should I increase the parcel to unlock a coupon?
Compare the extra item, packing and freight costs first. A minimum-spend coupon may cost more to reach than it reduces.
